6 things to stay motivated when you don’t feel like it
No panic if you don’t feel like doing something but you know you need to do it then this is completely fine. sometimes you doesn’t feel like doing anything but you can change this feeling with those easy steps that i will explain in this blog.
Definition of motivation?
a reason or reasons for acting or behaving in a particular way. (found by google) So if you want to get motivated you need to have a reason to do the things you need to do.
Motivational words that can help you staying motivated.
Feel those words and link your self to those motivational words and imagine yourself with those words.
If you want to self motivate then you need to learn to think positive in times when you don’t feel it. And reward your self after you accomplish something you didn’t like to do so you can begin to like it.
List of things to do when you don’t feel motivated
Set a goal and visualize it.
Feel it like a dream so you can live it like a boss. If you can feel the sensations the accomplishment feelings about something you want to do then it will become more easy for you to do it and enjoyable.
Make a list of the reasons you want to accomplish the goal.
Make a list of the reasons why you need to stay motivated? What positives will bring staying motivated to you? Don’t schecule for a month or a week take it day by day so you can focus on that day and don’t overwhelm your self.
keep it positive.
Positive Toughts will lead to positive actions that will help you to achieve your results. Take control of how you feel, and think about it. If you feel and think negative about it then you won’t be able to succeed change your mindset.
make your goals manageable.
This is important to stay motivated. Break down your goals to smaller and manageable single tasks so you don’t overwhelm your self.
Don’t divide your attention by doing multuple things. Focus on one job at a time so your chance of succeeding is more.
Become More healthy.
