Things to give up if you really want to live a healthy life

Everybody have something that they want to give up at some point in their live. Don’t procrastinate to do something when you know it is the right thing to do. Because live is to short to procrastinate things and you are going to do it at some point so better now than later. In this blog i will explain what i did in the past to change my lifestyle and be more healthy, productive. This can be anything for you like quitting overthinking as an example.

I had 5 things that i had to improve to become more healthy and enjoy my life.

If you have things that you want to change but you procrastinate it’s the perfect time to start after reading this blog.

1. Quitting smoking

Quitting smoking was the best thing i did to improve my health. Smoking gave me stress, anxiety, brainfog and i couldn’t focus on a task for more than 40 minits. After quitting this bad habit i became more alert, more social, my anxiety and brainfog symptoms became very mild, i could finish my tasks without taking a smoke brake, smokers stress was gone, and i didn’t had mood swings.

Things that smoking can trigger

  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Headaches
  • Brainfog
  • Temporarily High blood pressure

2. Quitting Coffee

Quitting coffee was the second best addiction that i gave up. I became more alert when i wake up and my body didn’t depend on a cup of coffee. Coffee caused insomnia and restlesness so i decided to change that.

Things that caffeine can trigger

  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • High blood pressure
  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Headache
  • Brainfog

3. additive sugar

Too much sugar can cause different types of problems. Additive sugar made my acne worse and drained my energy levels. My blood sugar was not stable anymore and that caused brainfog, anxiety, fatigue. I decided to give up on additive sugar and that helped my symptoms to reduce.

Things that additive sugar can trigger

  • Weight gain
  • Is linked to acne
  • Brainfog because of the high and low blood sugar levels
  • Diabetes
  • Risk of depression
  • Drains your energy

4. Quitting saying yes

I was saying a lot of yes when i really want to say no so i decided to focus on saying no more often. Saying no to the things that i don’t want to do was getting my live back together. I was no more giving promisses that i didn’t want to do. Sometimes you don’t want to be rude and your saying yes but saying no doesn’t mean your rude.

5. Quit saying yes to your self

Study, working, learning, working on your business and fitness. It was hard for me to say no to my self, i gave the high dopamine things priority and didn’t care about the low dopamine things . But i trained my brain to like the low dopamine activities so i can work through to my dreams.
